I'm a bit of a hyperactive, creative, and rebellious type, but I'm also a psychologist and coach... helping people like you to progress towards their goals with more compassion and determination, and to realize their vision, even if their external or internal sea is sometimes rough.

Life is too precious not to live as fully as possible every day... and with the awareness that we won't be here forever.

If we have any DREAMS, why shouldn't we start realizing them? Why wait for the "right" moment? Maybe today is the right day to start looking for ways to achieve your goals.

And what if you have something to say to someone? Why not take that step and share what's still on your mind?

Life seems to me like a truly fascinating book, full of searches, answers, and unexpected turns. Sometimes it only takes one step... that courage to open a new chapter.

So let's be brave, live in the moment, and follow our hearts. Time is precious, and we never know when it will be the right (or last...) moment for the next step. It is a flexible therapeutic method that can be tailored to your individual needs.
